How do I claim my warranty?
My cover ripped. What can I do?
Answer:
We apologize for the issue with your cover. We'll be happy to replace it for you under the terms and conditions of the warranty. For information regarding the length of your warranty coverage, please refer to the following article: How long is my warranty coverage?
For United States Orders:
To claim the warranty, please mail:

- A 3"x 3" swatch of the cover material with the size tag sewn in. The size tag is located on the underneath side of the cover toward the front. It is a small, white tag with manufacturer markings and a part number on it
- A legible copy of your proof of purchase
- Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number
- A detailed description of the issue with the cover

If you no longer have or can't locate a copy of your proof of purchase, we can replace your cover as a one-time courtesy; however, the replacement cover will arrive as-is with no warranty and will not be replaced again. We also suggest that you take a photo of the size tag before mailing it in case it gets lost in the mail.
