Can I get the tracking number for my order?
What is the status of my order?
My order says it shipped, but why is it not showing on USPS?
Answer:
In order to see the status of your order, go to "Log In" from the home page and go into your account. From there, navigate to "Orders" and you will be presented with all of your placed orders.
Within your order, click "Order Details" to see information such as:
- Order Number
- Billing/Shipping Address
- Payment Information
- Shipping Information
- Shipments
The tracking information for your order will be displayed in the Shipments section. Click "View Details" for further information. To track the location of your order, click the tracking number.
Please note: For the most accurate tracking information regarding your order, please take your tracking ID from your order and enter it in the following FedEx website: www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
